First off, my apologies for the lack of updates. I have had serious problem with my FTP connection to the server. A. My connection is toast due to winsock problems caused by my proxy and B. Eircoms, upload server was down for the last few days! I hope to update a bit more frequently in the next while.
Well, the Spirit Wars pre-release info. is out and it looks like there will be a pre-release in both Dublin and Limerick on the 4th of November. Excellent!
BTW, there is a Strict Jade tourney on in Kaffe Mocha, Stephen St., Dublin this evening at 7pm!
I have added a new V:TES section, which along with WWF is forcing L5R into the background a bit here. If you are looking for a good multiplayer CCG, then look no further. V:TES is simply the best (though B5 is good too!) There is nothing ready yet except the icon across the way --> , but I hope to have something ready for distribution by tomorrow evening. I heartily recommend checking it out.

Alright then, I have a whole host of GenCon UK reports taken from the L5R-UK mailing list. Paul Hounslows', Brian Mulcahys', Andy Bodkins' & Jimi Koivistos'.
And here is something that Mr. Cooney gave me many moons ago! Why Lion? Seems topical at he moment with so much Clan shuffling going on!
Anyone else care to give a 'Why my clan?' arcticle should just mail it to me and I will gladly upload it to the site.
We have more GenCon UK reports. Here is one from Mark Armitage, the tournament organiser, and the most elaborate and info packed report I have ever seen from Bayushi Kay. It's in 3 parts, so here are some easy links! 1, 2, 3.
4th September 2000
Adam Jones' highlights of GenCon UK.
Another V:TES tidbit: I was given 10 extra Lucetia at GenCon UK, for Irish players. So, if you haven't got one already, and show that you are interested in playing regularly, I will provide you with said very cool promo.

Justin wins again! Here is a brief tournament report!
GenCon UK was, as usual, absolutely brilliant! many photos were taken, including a round by round snap of the final. They'll be up here soon (and hopefully they will be of better quality than my US photos! :-).
1st September 2000
Here are the first set of photos from GenCon US. I'll put more up here as time permits! I'm off to GenCon UK later today, so I'll be taking more snaps there too!
More photos from GenCon US.
And even more photos! I'll try and get the rest up sometime soon. Enjoy!
