The GenconUK website has been updated at last, and here are the dates of the Five Rings tournaments. Note there is now no Wednesday night events on site.

Thursday 31st August Jade Edition Sealed Deck. Starts at noon.

Friday 1st September Extended Jade. Starts 10.00 am

Saturday 2nd September Victories Cost Storyline Tournament. Format 40/40 Open. Starts 10.00 am

Sunday 3rd September Master of Fire Invitational. Format 30/30 Open. Invite only, more details to follow. Starts 10.00 am & Suicide Booster Draft. Insane format. Starts 11.00 am

 The DCI will once again be running side events all through the convention, and Imperial Assembly members are entitled to a free Sealed Deck event per day, so if you're not a member, sign up as soon as you get there!

Also of note:

At 5pm on Friday special guests Steve Horvath and Luke Peterschmidt will be presenting a Gold Edition Seminar, giving details of the upcoming overhaul and in some cases redesign of our game. And, in a move that has all but ensured I will sell my grandmother to get to UKGC, artist Matthew D. Wilson will be present.

It's a great line-up, and looks like surpassing the Kotei as the definitive Five Rings event.
